Food, Depression and Anxiety - What's the connection?
This is a module dedicated to the importance of food in common mental disorders (depression and anxiety). Here you will understand how our diet influences our mood and anxiety, as well as learn about the foods that have a negative impact on depressive states and which nutrients and foods we should focus on to improve our mood. You will also have the opportunity to learn the concept of drug-nutrient interaction, which is associated with taking anxiolytics, tranquillisers and antidepressants.
